I duplicated loads of triangles and rotated them, and then i changed the colour of them.
To create the triangles i used the lasso tool and to get the lines straight, i held down ctrl.
I am changing the colour of the triangles.
I also multiplied the triangles so that you can see them overlapping.
and then finally i added a texture layer which i downloaded off the internet and then changed its opacity and added noise to the layer, to create this effect.
